RESPONISIBILITIES
- Make recommendations on construction materials needed for projects
- Shape or cut materials to specific measurements using hand tools, machines, or power saws
- Study work orders and plans to determine required work
- Build and repair structures as needed for roofing and construction projects
- Assist with building additional items for the office or special projects
- Follow all company and departmental safety policies and procedures
- Work closely with team members to complete jobs efficiently and safely
- Other duties and responsibilities as needed for the company.
IDEAL CANIDATE
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques used in building, repair, and remodeling
- Comfortable working at heights and following safety procedures
- Good communication, customer service, and leadership skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Strong physical stamina and endurance, with the ability to lift heavy materials safely
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to work full-time with occasional overtime when necessary

- All phases of carpentry
- Insulation installation
- Drywall work
- Tile work
- Roofing
- Siding installation
- Trim work
- Soffit & fascia repair/installation
- Wood replacement and structural repairs

Compensation: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
